Hideo counter-offers. (8d6.hits(5)=1)Penalty was assessed to Hideo's dice pool equivilant to whatever bonuses you'd have (bargaining chip - your battered vehicle). Hideo was already paying you more, but you squeezed another bit out. Nuyen increased by 3250.
Regain 1 Edge.
Gain 3 karma.

Cred -> 4220. 450 reserved for Joe for the first tire, we'll see how much the rest is gonna run.
Screech is going to turn in, crash hard (no pun intended) and start fresh tomorrow.

Screech is working on the tires, same rolls as before. Using Joe's non-AR plans, recording and narrating to create AR plans from it for next time. Rolls as follows: Logic (6) + Mechanic (4) + Plans (1) = 11 dice. Threshold: 12 Interval: 1 hr. Special limitations - if glitch or over 5 attempts, tire is unusable. Notes - 150 cred/attempt. Repair Test. (11d6.hits(5)=4)4 Hits, 8 Remaining. 150 spent. Repair Test. (11d6.hits(5)=4)4 Hits, 4 Remaining. 300 spent. Repair Test. (11d6.hits(5)=2)2 Hits, 2 Remaining. 450 spent. Repair Test. (11d6.hits(5)=3)3 Hits, 0 Remaining. 600 spent. 4 Hours work. I owe Joe a total of 1050 in materials. I'll skip the roll to reinstall the tires. What's the damage gonna be to fix the truck? The frame damage is pretty extensive...

Cred 4220 -> 3120. Screech rounded up, and Joe did let him borrow the run-flats.

Things are now entirely in your court until a job comes up. Go forth and spend thy cash.
I'll have to take a look at Arsenal to determine how much time / money the Roadmaster is going to take to fix up.
As far as making AR plans, you will need more than one Critical Success - or a much longer extended check - to make plans. Consider this a head start.

Ok, fair enough. Hopefully I won't end up finishing those AR plans since every time I have the opportunity, it means I shredded a tire again

Cred 3120 -> 3105. Joe likes them burritos.
Speaking of cred, when does Joe pay me? Biweekly on Fridays? (2069/03/14 is a Thursday...)
2,500¥/month, 20 hrs/week. (625/week)

Whenever you want it, as long as you are consistent.

I think that biweekly makes sense, since it's pretty standard. Since the game started on March 4 (Monday a week ago), getting paid tomorrow would make sense since he didn't get paid last week. So, paid on the 15th, 29th, etc.

Bi-weekly it is.
I am sorry that I haven't gotten to giving a ruling re: fixing the Roadmaster. Moving apartments, etc.
What do you want to do next with Screech? I know you were interested in having his background work out a bit and that you had some extra contact points to spend.
Let's start hashing that out.

Hey, no worries. I'm not looking forward to how much time/money I'm gonna have to spend on her to clean her back up... I figured I would parley discussions on the bike modifications with Joe into finding out more about his past. Something along the lines of after hours, Screech is working up some drawings for installing whatever it is he comes up with all engineering-like. Joe makes some comment about the engineering-like design and Screech starts asking more about where Joe found him, anything he remembers, etc. Maybe a flashback? I'd like the extra contact points to be a person from the past, not really sure in what capacity I knew them.
